He further pursued an internship at the Cedar Dairy Research Farm, part of the University of Reading, before returning to Pakistan in 2008.
Dr. Javaid continued to work in the dairy business development sector as Farm Production Advisor of the Pakistan Dairy Development Company on a government dairy development project in 2009. He also worked as Assistant Farm Manager at Sweet Water Dairies in Pakistan. After gaining vast experience in dairy practices, he was given the opportunity to take the lead as Farm Manager for a major corporate dairy farm in 2010. He served the company for six years and developed the dairy business from the first beginnings to make it fully efficient and sustainable.
In 2016, Dr. Javaid accepted the role as Farm Manager of Minha Farms to help build the business from the ground up, utilising his wealth of expertise and multiple years of experience. His love for animals and his commitment to sustainable farming practices uniquely contribute to Minha Farms’ goal of setting new standards in Pakistani dairy business development.
